SHIPPING

Regular (non-personalized) orders are shipped within a one to two week timeframe. Days in transit vary and can take up to 5 business days.

Some of our products are custom-made. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for their production plus delivery time.

If you need an order for a specific date or expedited, please contact us at (305) 740-7070 or info@yokosonline.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Under certain conditions, chocolates and other perishables require expedited shipping. You will be advised if this is the case.

Every carton is carefully packed and inspected before leaving our company or our suppliers' locations. We are not responsible for damages once items have been shipped. If your carton is damaged when it arrives, Do Not Open. Please call the carrier and request information on submitting a damage claim.

RETURNS

We sincerely believe you will be happy with the quality of our merchandise when you receive your order.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us within 3 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.

Items must arrive in their original packaging.

It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur in routing back to us and the package must be shipped insured via a traceable service (tracking number) i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed Ex.

Once an authorized return is received by Beautiful Beginnings by Yoko, Inc. , your payment will be refunded in full less a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Our custom-made favors and centerpieces, personalized and/or engraved items, samples, perishables, sweets, printed ribbon, centerpieces, cake toppers, handmade sachets and all merchandise not in its original packaging are nonrefundable.

To issue a refund we must receive your return within 10 days of issuing a return authorization. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Items on Sale are Final Sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
